Hi I Have Been Out Of Hospital For Over Two

Hi i have been out of hospital for over two weeks diagnosed with costocrondritis and gastritis i was kept in for four days and the medicnes i have taken home arnt working and i cant seem to keep my food down,i feel so ill and run down its unreal and just constantly feeling sick,i also still have the chest pains from the costocrondritis is it worth going back to a&e tomorrow
