Hi I Have Been Suffering From Incredibly Itchy Spots That

Hi i have been suffering from incredibly itchy spots that come and go. At the moment they are on my head, chin and behind my ears. Sometimes they are on my body. If i take an antihistimine tablet it will provide temp relief. I have tried changing my diet, shampoos, lotions etc. But nothing seems to be long lasting.
