Hi, I Have Been Tested For Gonoccocal And It Showed

Hi, i have been tested for gonoccocal and it showed up and been prescribed a vdm kit. The strange thing is it's for three days whereas all other recommendations on the net is for 1 gramm of azythromicin. I have been injected the other drug IM. Should i take it for three days or should i stick with the online recommendation. I don't have any other complications or difficulties.
