Hi, I Have Been To A Doctor A Few Times

Hi, i have been to a doctor a few times previously, however they don't seem to help. For the past three months I have had stinging/itching on my legs, not in just one area, the feeling moves around (like nerves). The only thing that helps is ice to cool it down. It drives me insane. Please help!
