Hi, I Have Been Trying To Conceive For 2yrs+ .

Hi, i have been trying to conceive for 2yrs+ . Since this year my period have been very irregular, saw my period on the 15th of Sept, and on the 10th of this month i started spotting,it was very light and lasted for 3 days,i only experienced the spotting in the morning and afternoon. Have not seen my period since then,but on 23 of Oct i noticed tiny blood clots when i took my bath and washed my vagina. Am really confused. Help pls
