Hi, I Have Been Trying To Concieve For The Last

Hi, i have been trying to concieve for the last seven months after implanon removal, my gyno gave me letrozole and ovacare for three months, nothing yet, this months i have had a missed period i was expecting my periods on 4th this month and today is 14th all my urine pregnancy test have turned out negative,,what could be my problem
