Hi, I Have Been Wearing Lenses For Quite Sometime.. I

Hi, i have been wearing lenses for quite sometime.. i alter between glasses and lenses. My eyesight changed from spherical to cylindrical of 3.5. The shopkeeper gave me a spherical lense of 3.75 to accommodate for the cylindrical element. i was wearing them and they were pretty comfortable until recently i started having a problem. when i wear my lenses it feels as if my eyes are being pulled inside. it creates a discomfort. please suggest me what to do
