Hi I Have Brown Spots And 2 Sore On My

Hi i have brown spots and 2 sore on my tongue(1 at the tip and 1 at he back). The brown spot doesn't hurt but the sore is really painful. i had been searching on the internet of what could be the cause of it. but i cannot really get an exact answer. if you could help me i would like to send you some images of it. i am really worried right now because i am really scared to have cancer. hopefully you could help me.
