Hi I Have Buerger Deasise And A Open Alsore On

Hi i have buerger deasise and a open alsore on the bottom of my foot and dry gangrene of the toes.i have been painting on betadine for the last 3 weeks and have a picc line with encef dose every 8 hours but the open sore was doing well but it got away from me yesterday and got soaked from the weeping till i got to a dressing change. The weeping isat a point where it washes the betadine a way and i was using fucidin ontment before could i use that for overnight treatment or continue with betadine. I wash with saline pat dry, paint betadine, cover with adaptic and clean sponage ,and mefix tape. Tomorrow homecare will replace my IVbag and dressing change. The wound is having a strong then normal betadine smell but not rotton no black skin around and was just debrined a few dayes ago. More dead organic sloffing off then usaul. Thought about the fucidin as it will stick on better then the betadine
