Hi I Have Farely Large Red Bumps On The Back

Hi i have farely large red bumps on the back of my tounge and on both sides of the uvula look more noticable and red also hard to swallow slightly painful. Ive had my tonsils out , but dont believe its a sore throat .. can this be related to pollen allergies?
