Hi, I Have Few Problem Since Many Years, But In

Hi, i have few problem since many years, but in recent days its saverly increase
Problems are.
get swelling on lips and on different parts of body,
some time throat issue but for very less time like 1 hour 2 hours,
and tummy get hard and stool not coming in proper way,
someone told me that it is due to allergy,
i used softin tablet and temporarily get relief, pls advise is this ok, should i carry it,
