Hi, I Have Got Symtoms Of An Unknown STD Such

Hi, i have got symtoms of an unknown STD such as a small (size would be 3mm) white ulcer (painless) like bump on penile tip and a lesion on frenulum (painful). Tests of HSV 1 and HSV 2 (both igg and igm), HIV and syphillis came negative. Its been a week i have been taking antibiotics and applying ointment but nothing is happening.
I am confused what kind of disease it is?
