Hi, I Have Had A Fever For A Few Days

Hi, i have had a fever for a few days now and it goes when i take medication but comes back up after a few hours. I have really bad headaches and sometimes cant even lift my head up. I had unprotected sex with my partner and im afraid i may have catched a bacterial infection because my discharge is yellow and has a strong oder which has never been a problem before??
