Hi I Have Had My Iud For Almost 5 Years

Hi i have had my iud for almost 5 years now i dont get my periods at all just a few months ago i had one some spotting for a few days . I been gaining alot of weight and not feeling myself. I also have clear liquid coming out of both breast when i squeezed them not much but a little . i took pregnant test and they say negative so i dont know what could be wrong
