Hi, I Have Had This Pain In Upper Back On

Hi, i have had this pain in upper back on both sides below shoulder blade. Feels likes really tense muscles. If i stretch it too much i get spasms and it spreads to my neck area. No doctor seems to be able to help. Had some trouble breathing too but doctor thought i was have allergies and prescribed "Lutakast"( prob wrong spelling.lol) . if i remeber correctly. She didnt think the two were related.... Any thoughts..... Thanks!
