Hi I Have Have Stiches After Having Tooth Out ,

Hi i have have stiches after having tooth out , now ive got painful ulcers where stitches are they are suppose to be dissolvable but a week later they are showing no signs of going the ulcers are painful but not back at dentist till 26th of april what can i do to speed up the stitches dissolving
