Hi I Have Heaps Of Small Warts All Over My

Hi i have heaps of small warts all over my hands (20+) I think they are flat warts. I am so embarrased and i am very self concious. Is it because of my age? Im 15 and started having them since 9. I have a few on my knees. I also have small bunchs of them really tighly packed on my finger near the cuticle. Can you please help me i am desperate!
