Hi I Have Ingested Potassium Peroxide In An Amount Less

Hi i have ingested potassium peroxide in an amount less than a teaspoon but enough to chemical burn my tounge and make my teeth rough at the front this was a accident at work with a respiration device that failed its 4 weeks to the day and i have had terrible sinus and coughing flem and a dull pain throughout my stomach since the event and have headaches behind my eyes i think from the sinus as they go hand in hand any help please as i cannot find any info on the net about the chemicals and work has told me its just flue season and the company that makes the respiration equipment wont return my calls
