Hi, I Have Irregular Menstrual Cycle Past 2 Months. I

Hi, i have irregular menstrual cycle past 2 months. i went and check with my doctor and she checks my TSH level and gave me an Eltroxine table 50mg. then i got periods. again my last LMP is 15th june and still i didt get. again i went for this month 21st and she gave me regestrone 5mg tablet for 3days morning and night. i have completed the course. but i dont want to get this cycle for few more days. what can i do now?
