Hi I Have Just Stopped Elvanse 70mg A Day For

Hi i have just stopped elvanse 70mg a day for adhd (stopped about a wk ago as i was gettin very depressed. i got a herneated disc in c6/c7 bk in august since then i have been on pregablin 175mg a day omeprazol , naproxin, and tramadol this is good to what i came out of hospital on, gabaprentin,ora morph, slow release morphine tablets and more ... elvanse is a anphetamine based drug which i gt a few free blood presure checks at start all a bit high,(but nothing to worry about) said doc. Iam 38yrs old male about a wk ago i started getting a dull ache in my left arm this has been more noticeable when i have a ciggarete (10 a day ) i guess wat iam sayin is, is it curtens for me? Am i on the path to a heart attack? And has all this medication got any thing to do with it ? I cannot just stop taking my meds as i have to be whined off i just need a little advice rather than a doc pumping me full of tabs and sending me on my way thank you very much andy.
