Hi, I Have Lower Abdominal Pain On/off And White Blood

Hi, i have lower abdominal pain on/off and white blood cell discharge and my period is 5-6 days delay and i don't have any pregnancy symptoms. My due date suppose to be aug. 5 before that i was sick because of my sore throat it cause me fever and weight loss a little. Am i pregnant?
