Hi I Have Minor Swelling On My Knee I Think

Hi i have minor swelling on my knee
I think it might have been something to do with the burstis in my knee
it hurts when pressed down but has minor pain when pressed down. Its more annoying
Also hurts when used alot in sports or action includong the knee
Its swelling is not very noticable
And it dodsnt hurt when stretching my leg
I just want to make sure this can be treated
Any home procedures i can use to heal this?
