Hi I Have Musturbating Since I Was 13 , Sometimes

Hi i have musturbating since i was 13 , sometimes twice a day also.....now i am 29 and till the time i was 28 i used have a very satiesfying sexual life but now i am having early discharge while having sex ...can you tell me why is it happing to me and is there anything i can do to make life good at it?
