Hi I Have My Ultrasound Report Said That My Endometrium

Hi i have my ultrasound report said that my endometrium appear thicked measure 1.2cm .andi have multiple small intramural fibriod are noted measuring 1.2×1.4cm,0.8×0.7cm,1.4×1.2cm ,1.5×1.1cm and 1.4×1.5cm . I have irregular bleeding from 4 day i have takem Transamin 500 mg 3 time a day and postan fort 2 time a day but still bleeding not stoping please give good advice.thanks
