Hi I Have Pain Around Both Knees Specially Back And

i have pain around both knees specially back and both sides and numbness around and more numbness in feet since last 3 years, its growing. movement used to help but lately walking and standing worsen. The pain sometime is so severe that i cannot sleep and feel like i can not tolerate anymore. both legs have equal pain at the same time. last year Lyrica helped some but lately not helping much.
Dr say it could be fibromyalgia, all types of test results are negative... pain is growing and my movement is less,
