Hi I Have Perianal Abscess Problem Befor 2 Month First

Hi i have perianal abscess problem befor 2 month first two weak feel a lump near anal and was very painful then it brust a blood came out and then pus for about four weak pus came out and then heal cmpletly no pus and lump also dis appear i was on antibiotic then my gp doctor said to stop medicine.

6 days after i had constiption problem for 2days and the problem return start pain and hard lamp pus also come out and realy hurt now i am on antibiotic but not heal properly plz tell me is it fistula and need to any surgery because i can' t sit walk even somtime can' t move i'm eating foods that rich in fiber drink 1.5liter water in a day salad and fruit as well but no result.please tell me which food should aviod.
