Hi I Have Pressure In My Left Ear,it Feels Likes

Hi i have pressure in my left ear,it feels likes is full of something,my head veins hurt sometimes,i feel pressure in the left side of my head too but it's not bad,I went to the hospital a week ago I had a CT scan done,blood test and they said that everything looks normal and I have atypical migraine,I've been going to the chiropractor 2 days a week,he said that my left side is unbalanced,is it normal to feel the pressure everyday and the veins problem?
