Hi, I Have Really A Dry Anf Itch Scalp And

Hi, i have really a dry anf itch scalp and whever i start to itch it, i have a watery and a sticky dischatfr coning from my scalp. When it dries it turns crusty bwt when itch again the discharge starts again. I have been to the doctors, he gave a shampoo but that doesnt help
