Hi , I Have Really Bad Health Anxiety And I

Hi , i have really bad health anxiety and I have Petechiae show up on my ankles after I have showers and they fade away until my next shower I also have bruises. These are symptoms on lukemia and I’m very worried about it I have no other symptoms of lukemia though so could it be an iron deficiency?
