Hi I Have Recieved A Positive ANA Back Joint Pain

Hi i have recieved a positive ANA back joint pain swelling chest pains arithisis had a c reactive test come back 0.84 and a sed rate of 34 im just confused tired all the time nausea vomiting lost weight but i am going for a second opinion why i do understand the dr not to concern bcasaue the strand was negative but I know something is wrong am i just over reacting
