Hi, I Have Severe Itching Inside Both Arms In The

Hi, i have severe itching inside both arms in the bend of the elbow as well as the area around the elbow. My doctor called it eczema. I'm wondering what causes it and is there a cure? I have a salve type ointment that takes the edge off of the itch but would like to know more about what causes it and is there a cure?
