Hi I Have Severe Pain In My Ear Went To

Hi i have severe pain in my ear went to the doctor they said i have vertigo. Read all the symtoms of vertigo and doesnt sound like me. I camt feel my fingers and toes i also have extreme pain on my right side of my head. Feels like there is a fire in my ear or some sort of hot liquid when i open my mouth or turn the side. No doctor will help.
