Hi I Have Severe Painfull Neck And Shoulders And My

Hi i have severe painfull neck and shoulders and my spine is mot inline been to my gp told me i need to do exersices isnt helping i fell down the stairs few weeks ago im in agonny everyday i working as a carer i cant sleep its affecting my work im on 60 mg cocodemol its not even touching my pain i asked for stronger painkillers and he said no i cant cope like this something wrong but i cant seem to get proper help
