Hi I Have Taken A Dose Of Amoxicillin 500 Mg

Hi i have taken a dose of amoxicillin 500 mg and clavulanate potassium tablet usp for having sore throat for 3 days course. After stoping next day i got mild itchy rash on my penis head.
Before few months back when i had sore throat doctor prescribed me amox 500 mg for same. Hence this time took the dose without consultation. I guess this is my big mistake.
Kindly advise what should i do.
