Hi I Have Two Questions One Spots On Face And

Hi i have two questions one spots on face and ears with a kind of water coming out is this dermititas and neck problems i over stretched doing a job on a roof about six weeks ago i saw a doctor and he said take painkillers and have a holiday in the sun and that i work to hard and to slow down i am 56 years old i have no intention of slowing down i felt my neck go when over stretching but could this be that that the pillows on my bed are too high or low could this be the problem
