Hi I Have Unprotected Sex The Day Before My Period

Hi i have unprotected sex the day before my period start is there any chance that i get pregrant? we dont have emergency pills available in our country so i take my ordinary pill on saturday which is supposed to be start of my period and we did sex on friday. i just only took one pill. . any help please thanks
