Hi I Have Warts On Genital Groin That Look Like

Hi i have warts on genital groin that look like coliflower and sores, they bleed nd ich 90% of the time now first it was only one now theres more on the same area its being like 2 months since i start getting more and they wont go away i dont have any other symptoms other then have sore troat often could it be syphillis or hpv?
