Hi, i have water in my knee (as indicated by mri) in addition to Chondromalacia patellae. My doctor prescribed dorofen and glucosamine gold gel. Ive been taking medication for the past two days, but my knee has remaind swollen and the pain is worse. the physiotherapist refuses to do anything due to the swelling and Im stuck on what to do, should i go back to my doctor?
