Hi, I Have What I Think To Be A Dime

Hi, i have what i think to be a dime sized ulcer on my vaginal wall, about an inch into my vagina. Its painful during intercourse, but not at any other time. I also refrained from sex for several weeks waiting for it to heal, and it did, but then came back a few days later. What are my options here for healing?
