Hi, I Havent Gotten My Period In 5 Days. Basically

Hi, i havent gotten my period in 5 days. Basically 5 days late. And i havent had any intercourse, but we have been doing other things. Im not sure if its pregnancy because of the small chance of sperm being on his fingers... But i had my period last month and it was perfectly on time. Im no sure if its just irregular period. And i have had some cramps but no period and my lower back has been hurting.
