Hi I Havent Had A Period Since The End Of

Hi i havent had a period since the end of august, wich is abnormal. I have taken pregnancy test which have came back negative, now after heavy lifting i started light spotting for a week. It stopped for a few days and now i am spotting again with lower abdominak pain. Any ideas? Im very worried at this point
