Hi, I Havent Had My Periods For Last Three Months.

Hi, i havent had my periods for last three months. my last date was 23 november. i had urine and blood test but all negative. but from last 3 weeks feeling sick, sore and itchy nipples and light cramping in lower abdomen. i took a home pregnancy test agian today but still negative. we had protected intercourse and last month without protection but hubby pulled out before coming in. am i at menupause but am only 27 yet. and have never been pregnant
