Hi I Hit My Head On Christmas Day On. Cement

Hi i hit my head on christmas day on. Cement wall at shooping plaza. It was hit on the front of my forehead right corner near my hairline. Got a small bump and slight bruising cant see bruisning now though, but today ive been feeling sick in tummy and quite irritable is that because of hit to the head, no headaches but was really sore that night i hit it I basically walked into cement car overpass thing at shopping centre..
Doesnt hurt now unless i touch it just wondered shouldve i gone Doctors?
