Hi I Injured My Right Hand Shoulder Just 1.5 Month

Hi i injured my right hand shoulder just 1.5 month back by skidded from bullet. actually it dislocated that time. I put it back by myself at that time. After 12 days again i got my body weight on my right shoulder and feel like dislocated but it was not dislocated as earlier. i had MRI and its show Impressions like:1) undisplaced partial tear of the anteroinferior glenoid labrum from 3-O clock to 5-O clock position with adjacent chondral abnormality as described above. Di ding represent GLAD lession. 2) Hill sach's deformity in posterior humeral head as described abve. 3) Mild effusion in the glenohumeral head. 4) Mild edema in the anterior terminal fibers of the supraspinatous tendon. Please kindly suggest me shall i go for anykind of surgery. I do gyming and all but now its stop bcz of injuries so get back to normal gyming what kind of treatment effective for me?
