Hi, I Just Pullled From My Nose Into My Throat

Hi, i just pullled from my nose into my throat a thick flesh like substance with vein-like lines of blood assume i its a build up of sinus tissue but freaked. Out saves it in tissue wondering if to take it to doc lol show and tell... Had a sore throat feels better ...recently had ear infection also
