Hi, I Just Turned 13 Lately, My Skin Has Been

Hi, i just turned 13 lately, my skin has been really irritated lately and I have dry skin now I don't know but I have never had dry skin before I had combination skin but, I think its because of the weather change and, it has been really cold lately. Also, i start to notice flakes on my nose and blackheads. Also, Im receiving redness on my cheeks and dryness all throughout my skin and alot of pimples and i think acne on my forehead. Now, i am questioning if I should use a glycolic peel. Currently, i am using ceta phil and clean and clear and there both cleansers.
