Hi I Just Want To Ask About My 8 Yr

Hi i just want to ask about my 8 yr old daugther coz its 3rd day now and she still got a headache . We been to the doctor yesterday and doctor checked her and the doctor says just give panadol and maybe go to the eye doctor too and thats what we did and now she need to get eye glass . And im still giving her panadol . I just cant understand that she still got a headache and now with cold . i hope you can answer me pls
