Hi, I Keep Getting Pains In The Back Of Both

Hi, i keep getting pains in the back of both my hands, had investigations for carpel tunnel, RA both bloods & ultra sound & nothing linked. Pain comes & goes doesn't matter if work hard or not lately cold keeps making them a little worse but not consistent. I was diagnosed with venous ezcema in my feet & ankles. I feel something not right & all connected. My mum got diagnosed with srogrens disease 10 years ago but she had RA to. Any possible answers for me ? Thanks
