Hi I Lifted My Head Up And Hit It On

Hi i lifted my head up and hit it on a wooden shelf just about it was painful at the time tat was about a half hour ago i have no pain now but panicing as i suffer from anxitey that iv done internal damage should i go to bed and sleep to night wont finish work for another four hours anyway thanks
