Hi I M 19 Year Old..doctors Not Able To Diagnose

Hi i m 19 year old..doctors not able to diagnose ckd..they even told not to perform renal biopsy...creatnine is 2.3 all other function are normal...but my bp is not constant it incr 150/100 sometime and i m taking 25 mg metroprolol once and 20 mg nicardia twice..my pulse also fluctuating...my ecg is normal....is there is any problem with heart that effect kidney??..as my bp is not constant...
